Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will provide administrative support to patients, employees, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of front office activities.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Validate insurance and payment authorization, input claims, process payments, and perform account collections
- Respond to telephone inquiries and manage incoming phone calls
- Obtain insurance authorization and collect patient information for billing
- High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and customer service skills essential
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
