Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will provide administrative support to patients, employees, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of front office activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
  • Validate insurance and payment authorization, input claims, process payments, and perform account collections
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and manage incoming phone calls
  • Obtain insurance authorization and collect patient information for billing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency and customer service skills essential
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
