We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Nurse to join our team at an outpatient dialysis center in New Braunfels, Texas. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with CKD and ESRD, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized treatment plans;
  • Providing direct patient care, including vascular access management and medication administration;
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care;
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas;
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.);
  • At least 1 year of experience in nephrology nursing or a related field;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
