Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for identifying and fulfilling both internal and external customer requirements, aligning with company objectives.
- Design and prepare work orders, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, company standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
- Facilitate contract arrangements and secure necessary easements to deliver services effectively.
- Enhance the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and exceed customer expectations.
- Support colleagues and departments during disaster recovery efforts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the electrical utility sector is preferred.
- Technical or Engineering degree is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) is preferred.
- Experience with Work Management Systems is recommended.
