- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cash flow.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all engineering work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering management, project management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
