About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI). As a key member of our research operations team, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of clinical research protocols, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study Coordination: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of clinical research studies, including study start-up, site initiation, and closeout.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IRB, CoC, and other relevant regulations.
  • Study Operations: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote quality assurance and standardized best practices.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train research assistants and student interns, including management of the performance review process and disciplinary issues as needed.
  • Project Planning: Lead the coordination of study start-up activities and project planning, including development of materials such as study protocols and grant proposals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with study staff, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless study execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health sciences, public health, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in clinical research coordination, with a strong background in study operations, regulatory compliance, and team management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical research principles, methods, and processes, including study design, data collection and analysis, and regulatory compliance.
