Resident Engagement Coordinator
Overview
At Brookdale Senior Living, we're committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Resident Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in fostering a sense of community and promoting a culture of engagement and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives that promote resident engagement and socialization.
- Collaborate with sales partners and prospects to promote our culture and community.
- Provide subject matter expertise to community leadership teams on engagement and quality of life for residents.
- Recruit and train volunteers to support resident engagement initiatives.
Requirements
At least one year of direct experience working with adults, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting. Leadership experience and a degree in a related field (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, healthcare, education, or other related field) are preferred.
