- Court Appearances: Participate in court appearances for estate and guardianship proceedings.

Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Elder Law, with a strong background in estate planning, administration, and litigation.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice law in New York.
