Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Medical Leader to join our Vetco Total Care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience while driving continuous improvement in clinical skills and fostering a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
  2. Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture where all team members feel welcome and valued.
  3. Mentor and develop local medical directors and veterinary technicians to ensure excellence in patient care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a veterinarian with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
