We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Stroke Intermediate Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
