Guest Experience Manager

As a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. Your role will involve checking in with guests, ensuring they are enjoying their experience, and handling any concerns or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are satisfied
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of using the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features
Requirements:
