Overview:

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our corporate office in Tempe, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming calls regarding new and existing workers compensation claims.
  • Intake new claims and serve as a liaison between employees and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Refer injured workers to treatment facilities and arrange for transportation when necessary.
  • Assist with facilitating post-accident drug testing.
  • Support adjusters in investigating claims by gathering and forwarding information needed to analyze liability and root cause of accidents.
  • Enter claim data into various claims management systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, field office representatives, claims adjusters, attorneys, and physicians.
  • Make effective and appropriate decisions.
  • Interpret and communicate policies and procedures, including complex materials.
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation in written and oral communications.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required.
  • Prior insurance experience in claims and/or call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed.
  • Experience with using multiple software and platforms.
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines and prioritize work in a high-volume multi-task environment.
  • Deal effectively and professionally with adverse and difficult situations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $21.63/hour (annualized at $45,000) + quarterly bonuses.
  • Monday - Friday schedule with hours from 9am - 6pm.
