Job Overview

ReNEW Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations within our CNC machine shop environment. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office functionality and supporting various levels of staff.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in office administration, demonstrating exceptional communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee time and attendance records, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage employee vacation and sick leave.
  • Facilitate payroll processing using ADP systems.
  • Handle onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Provide assistance to staff regarding payroll, paid time off, and benefits.
  • Manage employee turnover and termination processes.
  • Process received checks and manage ACH payments through QuickBooks.
  • Prepare reports as requested by the accounting department.
  • Issue invoices to customers and reconcile vendor invoices with delivery receipts.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and overdue accounts.
  • Order necessary supplies and materials for the shop.
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to the Administrative Assistant as required.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in office management is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
