Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Research and source products for customers using various resources, including computer systems, catalogs, and telephone.
  • Enter sales orders into our computer system, balancing cash drawers, creating credit invoices, and processing pick/pack orders and will-call.
  • Process customer returns and warranties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational school degree/certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience as a Sales and/or Service Associate in HVAC or a similar industry preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
