The core responsibility of this role involves delivering exceptional service support to members and policyholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and mail. The agent will be tasked with managing sales and addressing the needs of clients, acting as their advocate within the company and providing a comprehensive array of solutions.

Incentives: Licensed individuals may qualify for a signing bonus of up to $1500.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations related to new business, renewals, and customer service inquiries, including policy changes, billing issues, and endorsements.
  • Drive profitable sales through effective communication and counseling during incoming calls.
  • Provide precise rate quotes and relevant insurance coverage details to qualified prospects.
  • Analyze and resolve policy-related concerns, identifying coverage gaps and underwriting issues.
  • Ensure members and policyholders receive outstanding customer service and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance carriers.
  • Determine the most suitable products for customers and financial institutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest products and services offered by Tower Hill Insurance Group.
  • Adhere to the company's business etiquette and policies.
  • Keep updated on new methods and changes in products and systems.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of one year of experience in the property and casualty insurance sector is strongly preferred, including agency experience, marketing, underwriting, or claims. Familiarity with state laws and regulations, as well as a solid understanding of industry best practices, is highly desirable.

Licenses:

A 2-20 Florida Agent License is required within 30 days of hire.
