As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for executing a calling strategy to connect with Real Estate Investors, developing and maintaining relationships, marketing active properties, negotiating terms, and closing sales. You will also be expected to meet or exceed monthly quotas, attend weekly company and sales meetings, and promptly respond to emails and complete tasks assigned.

We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, highly motivated, and coachable, with a passion for Real Estate Investing and a determination to exceed expectations. If you are a strong communicator, results-driven, and looking for an uncapped earnings potential, we encourage you to apply.

Our company offers a scaling compensation plan with no income ceiling, monthly sales bonuses, quarterly fun days, team trips, and other incentives. We also provide all the necessary tools, technology, leads, training, and resources to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute calling strategy to connect with Real Estate Investors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors.
  • Market active properties to assigned Investor accounts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Prepare sales contracts.
  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas.
  • Attend weekly company and sales meetings.
  • Promptly respond to emails and complete tasks assigned.
