Maintenance Manager Job Description

Courtyard Noblesville is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including flipping and inspecting mattresses, box springs, and assembling bed frames.
  • Inspect and repair grout and caulking, and maintain pool chemicals and equipment.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, including electrical components and guestroom items.
  • Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing maintenance work and follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Develop relationships with all departments and communicate regularly to ensure seamless operations.

  • Professional demeanor and a welcoming personality.
  • Ability to engage easily and actively connect with others.
  • Natural instincts for problem-solving and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
