About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Noblesville, Indiana manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and facilities operations of the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel in all aspects of plant maintenance and facilities operations.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategies to ensure plant metrics are satisfactorily achieved.
  • Provide leadership and direction during routine, predictive, preventative, emergency, and outage maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering preferred; 15+ years of manufacturing maintenance required in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated experience creating/implementing a predictive and preventative maintenance model.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in dealing with all levels of organization.
  • Knowledge of operations and maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay range: $110,000 - $140,000.
  • Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.
