The Opportunity
  • Promote, sell, and service clients within a designated market or sector.
  • Manage accounts in Delphi, including account oversight, average checks, and BEOs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the sales and catering departments to optimize the use of function spaces for maximum revenue.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments regarding group needs that impact their operations (e.g., amenities, arrival/departure times, deliveries, special meal requests).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in Conference Services within a luxury setting.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Adept at fostering interdepartmental collaboration and motivation within the hotel.
