As we continue to expand our reach, the Project Management Office (PMO) at our Corporate Headquarters plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by thoroughly evaluating business scenarios, crafting effective solutions, and propelling projects and initiatives forward.

In the role of Senior Business Analyst at West Shore Home, you will play an essential part in this mission by adeptly supporting the gathering of requirements, mapping processes, and engaging in project management to ensure timely delivery across various initiatives. You will report directly to the Manager of the Enterprise PMO and collaborate closely with department leaders throughout the organization.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Developing comprehensive business and functional requirement documents along with process maps that illustrate current and future states, emphasizing scalability and automation.
  • Creating forecasting models and conducting ad-hoc analyses to inform capital allocation strategies.
  • Facilitating interviews, focus groups, and surveys to support thorough business process evaluations.
  • Evaluating business performance across key metrics such as cost, quality, service, and compliance.
  • Analyzing complex business scenarios and partnering with process owners to devise solutions, re-engineer existing workflows, and promote the automation of manual processes.
  • Identifying, addressing, escalating, and reporting issues, while collaborating with department leaders, teams, and internal stakeholders to highlight factors impacting project plans and processes.

Key Qualifications for Success:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in business process documentation, analysis, and re-engineering, including the creation of process and system maps, requirements documentation, and other project artifacts.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with executive leadership, managing project risks, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular updates and reports.
  • Experience in implementing a diverse range of change management and process improvement initiatives aligned with broader organizational objectives.
  • Ability to thrive and manage effectively under tight deadlines and in sometimes ambiguous situations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Business Analysis certifications (IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA) or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
