Position Overview

A prominent family is in search of a dedicated Family Assistant to manage various household responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and will be required to have a valid driver's license for transportation needs.

  • Arranging travel logistics
  • Managing shipping and receiving of items
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Overseeing property projects and renovations
  • Assisting with design initiatives, including research and project management
  • Conducting research and summarizing findings on various topics
  • Establishing and maintaining household manuals and systems
  • Providing basic technology support and troubleshooting
  • Planning and coordinating events and parties
  • Managing holiday preparations
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for the family
  • Performing any additional tasks that enhance the family's daily life

The candidate should be proficient in technology, particularly with Apple products and Microsoft Office applications.
