Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, including laundry and ironing
  • Overseeing and managing household vendors, including cleaning services and maintenance personnel
  • Managing deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of packages
  • Coordinating and scheduling household appointments and services
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to the household

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a household manager or executive housekeeper with a single family
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
