We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our IT initiatives focused on Loyalty and Monetization, merging technology with customer engagement strategies.

Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our loyalty programs and ensuring that our IT frameworks are strategically aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead IT teams in Architecture, Solution Delivery, and IT Service Management to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on service excellence.
  • Challenge existing processes and drive improvements to enhance business performance and productivity.
  • Foster the development of future IT talent by establishing career pathways that enhance team member performance.
  • Define and oversee the IT architecture roadmap for the supply chain domain, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Execute the roadmap to achieve the target state.
  • Align IT domain strategies with overarching IT and business strategies.
  • Develop consistent standards, principles, policies, and reference models in IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, covering areas such as application, security, infrastructure, data management, and integration architecture.
  • Lead the implementation of these principles and monitor key performance indicators across all domains.
  • Assist solution architects in translating IT strategies into domain-specific architectural visions.
  • Govern IT decision-making through adherence to established principles and policies.

Innovation and Compliance:
  • Stay informed about industry innovations and technology trends, assessing their implications for our organization.
  • Integrate innovation into the IT strategy and roadmap to expedite the delivery of business objectives.
  • Proactively monitor emerging technologies and incorporate them into the IT roadmap.
  • Provide strategic guidance on trends in emerging technologies to business and IT leaders.
  • Develop and manage an architecture governance process to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish architectural principles and policies to ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
  • Support project teams in embedding security and regulatory considerations into solution designs.
  • Promote financial discipline within architectural practices, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial constraints.
  • Align the architectural roadmap with long-term business plans and budgets.
  • Consider total cost of ownership implications in architectural decisions.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
  • Equivalent training, certifications, or experience will be considered.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technology roles.
  • 6+ years in a technical capacity or leading teams in systems design, programming, or data management.
  • 5+ years of experience mentoring and guiding team members in relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience collaborating and influencing across all organizational levels.
  • Strong background in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or certifications in relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile teams and product-based operating models.
  • Experience leading teams or enhancing technical capabilities.
  • Background in retail or grocery sectors is advantageous.
  • Cloud Solution Architect Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, network, and security considerations.
  • Experience with supply chain functions such as distribution, inventory management, and B2B integration.
  • Proven experience implementing leading ERP and non-ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and tools.
