Salary and Benefits
The base pay for this role ranges from $219,300 to $378,700, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. As an Apple employee, you'll also have access to comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and services. You may even have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through our discretionary employee stock programs.

Job Description
We're seeking a talented software engineering manager to lead our watchOS system experience group. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the delivery of system-level features for watchOS, collaborating with engineers and leaders across domains. Your expertise will play a crucial role in bringing many watchOS features to life with each new release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior engineers in delivering system-level features for watchOS.
  • Collaborate with engineers and leaders across domains to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in software development and lifecycle management.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience building and leading a team of senior engineers.
  • Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with software development and lifecycle management.
  • Solid computer science fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
