About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our App Store client development team at Apple. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in the development of the App Store client across all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Technical Leadership: You will own the technical direction of the App Store client development team, working closely with design, product, and other engineering groups across Apple to define and deliver a strategic roadmap that balances the needs of a diverse set of collaborators.">
  3. Team Management: You will lead a talented client engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.">
  4. Innovation: You will drive initiatives that make the App Store an even more compelling destination for customers and developers alike, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.">

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing other managers.">
  • 5+ years developing iOS, macOS or tvOS applications.">
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
