Technical Leader for Secure Enclave Operating System

About the Role
Apple is seeking a talented technical leader to manage the development of our Secure Enclave operating system. This critical component plays a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our devices.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of skilled engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software features for the Secure Enclave.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with software development activities.
- Foster a culture of excellence, quality, and productivity within the team.
- Hire and retain top engineering talent to drive growth and success.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in leading kernel or low-level systems development.
- Deep understanding of operating system fundamentals, C programming language, and UNIX systems.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Salary & Benefits
The base pay for this role ranges from $190,700 to $329,600, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple offers comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and services. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in our discretionary employee stock programs.
