Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance by managing and documenting requests in the Help Desk system.
  • Provide telephonic support for users.
  • Evaluate requests to establish their priority and urgency.
  • Address inquiries and assist users in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Configure and set up new workstations and accounts for incoming staff.
  • Maintain PCs, printers, peripherals, and address various software and hardware concerns.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software, drivers, and perform maintenance tasks on PCs.

Qualifications:
