Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Developer at Avenu Holdings LLC, you will be responsible for administering and configuring the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool. This role requires advanced knowledge and working experience in System Administration and Configuration of ServiceNow, as well as expertise in executing administration and configuration tasks in an Agile project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage backend configurations in ServiceNow, facilitate patches, updates, configuration changes, platform administration, design, and maintenance.
  • Support development and adoption of system enhancements and maturity roadmap.
  • Execute daily administration activity, monitoring system health and user.
  • Manage Discovery functionality, performance, and data validation of all discovered Configuration Items.
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance future integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Develop, maintain, automate, and customize statistical and ad hoc reports, and dashboard configurations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years ServiceNow Administration experience.
  • 3+ years Service Catalog Development.
  • 4+ years Configuration Management & Discovery Experience.
  • ServiceNow System Administration & Configuration certification.
  • ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) Module certification.
Work Environment:

This position at the outset can be filled with a temporary remote working option. We expect staff to be able to maintain an on-site presence (when safe to reenter the workplace) so a local recruitment and/or commitment to relocate will be required.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine. This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office. The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone.
