Software Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team at East West Systems Inc. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex computer systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using object-oriented programming languages such as Objective-C, C#, and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain databases, programs, and procedures to integrate and implement systems.
- Provide technical advice and support to users, including ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct tests to determine operational reliability and use debugging tools such as Redmine and JIRA for issue tracking.
- Develop and implement software solutions using application frameworks, relational databases, and SQL queries and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field in Engineering with 3 years of experience.
- Must have experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
