We are seeking an experienced, personable, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, establishing a professional and positive initial interaction.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about our dealership services and offerings.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Provide clerical support to the sales and service teams as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
