Job Summary:
Twin Peaks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing daily operations and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
