Overview:
In the role of Finance Director - Corporate Controller, you will directly report to the Chief Financial Officer and take charge of all financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, financial planning, and treasury management within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all global accounting and reporting functions.
- Ensure the precision of consolidated financial statements on a worldwide scale.
- Drive enhancements in processes and systems for financial reporting and analytics.
- Conduct account analyses to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic long-term planning.
- Lead global treasury functions and cash flow forecasting.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure tax compliance.
- Support the implementation of financial systems.
- Guide and develop members of the accounting team.
- Assist the CFO with various special projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
- Familiarity with Epicor ERP System is advantageous.
- Strong background in finance and accounting.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.
- CPA certification is preferred.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting and may involve occasional travel.
Supervisory Role:
