As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for driving performance and improvements in quality, cost, and delivery while managing the logistics network on a regional, continental, and global level.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and using logistics software.
  • Local to the Livonia, MI area.
  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred, although progressive related work experience will be considered.

Work Schedule

This position requires working Monday - Friday during typical business hours. Once training is complete, there will be a hybrid option available where you could work from home a few days per month. Occasional travel (0-10%) may be expected.
