Job Title: Principal Process Engineer - EUV Lithography

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Engineer to join our team at TEL. As a key member of our EUV Lithography and Patterning team, you will play a leading role in exploring and developing advanced patterning solutions and innovative hardware technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process evaluations and modify process flows as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Work in a clean room environment, operating lithography and metrology equipment, including ASML scanners, coater/developer tracks, CD-SEM, X-SEM, and thin film measurement tools.
  • Interface with unit process engineers on process flows and drive process improvements to meet structural and electrical targets.
  • Define project plans to take the process from inception to execution on Si wafer.
  • Build flows in a semiconductor MES system such as SiView.
  • Manage logistics of moving wafers between multiple locations within the company and with partners and customers.
  • Design experiments and analyze data using proper statistical methods.
  • Understand and analyze both inline and electrical test data.
  • Present project plans and results at both technical and executive levels.
Qualifications:
  • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science with research experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a research professional in the semiconductor industry.
  • Extensive experience in advanced patterning and lithography, including a demonstrable track record in patents, publications, and industry recognition.
  • Hands-on experience in patterning, cleans, physical and electrical test vehicles, and measurement techniques.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
