Job Title: Principal Process Engineer - EUV Lithography Expert

TEL is seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Engineer to lead the development of advanced EUV lithography solutions and innovative hardware technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in exploring and developing cutting-edge patterning solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process evaluations and modify process flows as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Work in a clean room environment, operating lithography and metrology equipment, including ASML scanners, coater/developer tracks, CD-SEM, X-SEM, and thin film measurement tools.
  • Interface with unit process engineers to drive process improvements and meet structural and electrical targets.
  • Design experiments, analyze data using statistical methods, and present project plans and results at technical and executive levels.
  • Drive the generation of IP, including patent filings, publication papers, and conference proceedings.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science with research experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a research professional in the semiconductor industry.
  • Extensive experience in advanced patterning and lithography, with a demonstrable track record in patents, publications, and industry recognition.
  • Hands-on experience in patterning, cleans, physical and electrical test vehicles, and measurement techniques.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
