Job Title: Semiconductor Process Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Technician to join our team at Principal Service Solutions. As a key member of our technical workforce, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of operations at high-tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, prepare, and analyze nanostructures related to semiconductor devices using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tools and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
  • Manage the queue of samples and cleaving/analysis instructions from the Process Engineering staff.
  • Develop and optimize sample preparation and analysis techniques.
  • Train new users on sample preparation and analysis equipment.
  • Actively participate in continuous FIB operations efficiency improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Science or equivalent experience.
  • Previous hands-on experience with X-SEM, FIB, and/or STEM/TEM.
  • Proficient use of handling samples with tweezers.
  • Experience working in a FAB environment is desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle small samples under a microscope.
  • Ability to work compressed work week night shifts and weekends.
