POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Part-Time Resident Ambassador. This position is ideal for those who excel in customer service and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused setting. Responsibilities include:

  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming properties
  • Supporting Property Managers with timely and effective marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize unit leasing, enhancing both occupancy rates and revenue
  • Assisting the Property Manager in enforcing policies and procedures for efficient management, property upkeep, and tenant satisfaction
  • Addressing complex tenant concerns to uphold the property's integrity

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle daily challenges
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Appfolio
  • Valid Driver's License
