Key Responsibilities:
- Direct audit planning and execution with engagement team members
- Manage daily operations of audit projects
- Offer guidance and support to audit staff
- Conduct attest procedures tailored to employee benefit plans
- Work collaboratively with managers and partners to resolve client issues
- Examine general ledger accounts for precision
- Oversee multiple audit engagements simultaneously
- Establish and monitor engagement budgets
- Facilitate discussions with team members regarding performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA certification or eligibility
- A minimum of 5 years in public accounting
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing capabilities
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with IRS forms and CCH audit tools is advantageous
Compensation:
Encino: $110,000 - $165,000 annually
Irvine: $85,000 - $140,000 annually
San Ramon: $100,000 - $155,000 annually
San Francisco and Carlsbad: $105,000 - $150,000 annually
