Guest Services Supervisor

Job Overview: As a Front Desk Agent at Crestview Management, LLC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and emails, and assisting with any guest requests or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate processing of payments and reservations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have, such as providing information about the hotel and local area, making recommendations for dining and entertainment, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year
