About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Accounting Assistant to join our team at Michael Page. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily accounts payable work with minimal supervision
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving records
  • Support purchase order questions and updates
  • Perform ad-hoc payroll support functions as needed
  • Manage AP mailboxes, organize and sort invoices for processing, and upload invoices
Requirements
  • Great energy, engaging, and enjoys collaborating with team and other departments with minimal supervision
  • Experience with high-volume accounts payable and payroll (ADP Workforce) preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft suite and bookkeeping procedures
  • High school education or equivalent required
