Key Responsibilities:- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including surgeries, examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Conduct laboratory tests, prepare samples, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sterilizing equipment and disposing of biohazardous waste.
- Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology or related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or related role.
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or equivalent certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, clients, and other staff members.
