## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Attendant / Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Bushwick Veterinary Center. As a key member of our operation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.

### Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional care and attention to boarding animals, including feeding, cleaning, and providing a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, including learning and providing safe and proper restraints for injections, blood draws, radiographs, ultrasounds, catheter placement, and surgical prep.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and laundry.
- Develop a strong bond with our patients, providing love, attention, and playtime.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
