THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is expanding, and our Service team in Retail is evolving alongside it. This is a remarkable chance to join a team committed to delivering elevated, Everyday Luxury service to our clients, cultivating loyal and enduring relationships. As a Client Service Specialist, you will handle transactions, assist in managing client services, and maintain outstanding organization at the service counter, ensuring memorable experiences for clients in a vital area of the store. The skills you acquire in this position will open doors to a fulfilling career in Retail and further growth opportunities within Aritzia. Compensation begins at $20-$30/hour.

THE ROLE

As a Client Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating extraordinary experiences and meaningful moments at the service counter.
  • Efficiently processing transactions while ensuring a world-class client experience.
  • Managing the complete service process, including notifying clients of incoming services, conducting regular audits, and proactively addressing any issues to enhance the client experience.
  • Supporting service counter operations, which includes managing client flow to minimize wait times, preparing products for transactions, packaging client purchases, and returning items to the sales floor.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal Client Service Specialist will possess:

  • Demonstrated skills, education, and/or relevant certifications (experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous).
