Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee several commercial roofing projects from initiation to conclusion, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to guarantee project effectiveness and client contentment.
- Create and uphold project timelines and financial plans, delivering consistent updates and reports to involved parties.
- Perform site assessments and evaluations to track progress, address challenges, and confirm adherence to safety regulations.
- Source materials, tools, and subcontractor services essential for project implementation.
- Facilitate project meetings, clearly communicating project updates, challenges, and solutions.
- Apply and uphold company policies, procedures, and safety measures throughout the project duration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred) OR equivalent professional experience in commercial roofing project coordination.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple commercial roofing projects concurrently.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to interpret architectural and construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred).
