Key Responsibilities- Implement and evaluate patient care activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Administer prescribed medications and perform specific treatments as ordered by a physician
- Document patient care activities and treatment responses in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing with a course in pharmacology
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in relevant patient care
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances, including Childline Clearance, FBI Clearance, and DIG
