Home Care LPN Position Available
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a home care LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise home care clients and assess their needs
- Update client assessments in Clearcare software
- Review caregiver notes and visit reports
- Provide on-the-job training to new caregivers
Requirements:
- Home care/home health experience
- Excellent documentation skills
- Current licensure and good standing
- Meets health requirements for direct patient care
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and insured automobile
Compensation:
$25/hour
