Supervisory LPN

Job Summary
The Supervisory LPN will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company's direct care staff. They will also assist with coordinating clinical services and ensuring quality care services are provided to our clients. Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and supervise direct care staff to ensure quality care services are provided to clients
• Coordinate clinical services and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Conduct in-home assessments to determine client needs and develop care plans
• Conduct scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes to monitor care services
Requirements
• Current LPN license in the state of services
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the surrounding counties
