Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Solutions Manager at Comcast, you will be responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain our current subscriber base. You will plan and develop print and online marketing outreach programs, analyze subscriber response to these programs, and serve as the marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Additionally, you will deploy and measure the effectiveness of direct mail marketing campaigns, track market trends, and analyze results to recommend improvements to our marketing strategies and tactics.

Core Responsibilities

Manage marketing expenses to ensure they are within budget parameters.

Manage local promotions, events marketing, and coordinate with Direct Sales staff.

Consult with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size, and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.

Gather and communicate marketing campaign information and customer feedback to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.

Oversee the development and maintenance of demographic and other market data as needed to support Marketing goals.

Work to engage stakeholders in the development and launch of marketing plans.

Translate business needs into analysis designs, providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.

Maintain and improve ongoing Marketing programs, analyses, and reports.

Develop new ideas and communicate potential uses for analytics across the business.

Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into analysis designs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns and goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-oriented work habits.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.

Strong technical skills, with the ability to use marketing analytics tools and software to support marketing efforts.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
