Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers upon arrival
- Gather essential customer and vehicle details
- Accurately communicate all vehicle issues as described by the customer
- Assess and recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates for labor and parts
- Set follow-up timelines
- Oversee the progress of each vehicle's service order and provide regular updates to customers
- Ensure final invoices align with the work completed on service orders
- Clearly explain all completed services and associated charges to customers

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience in a Service Consultant role is advantageous

- Ability to stand for extended periods

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
