Job Summary

The Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and cost-effective employee compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a critical part in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and alignment with Human Resources objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to support business objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and administer benefits programs, including health & welfare, retirement, and variable compensation

• Analyze market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages

• Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters to senior leadership and HR teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years' combined experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years of people and program management experience at the director level or above

• At least one of the following certifications, or within one year from hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or equivalent
