Job Overview

Himax Imaging Corp is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the technology industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including working level to leadership
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales plans and strategies
  • Recruit and manage distributors, manufacturer representatives, and value-added resellers
  • Develop and deliver presentations and product demos to potential clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Travel to meet with customers and conduct sales meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of sales and business development experience in the technology industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing large territories
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales
  • Experience with image sensors and computer vision
  • Experience with industries related to IoT devices, embedded systems, and personal computers
